Highly recommended! Paella is not a trivial dish to prepare. Chef Gabriel and his associates made everyone feel welcome, encouraged everyone to actively participate in cooking, demonstrated the basics and nuances of preparing seafood and vegetarian versions of the dish, fed us delightfully, and sent us on our way with recipes and a fresh appreciation for the culinary arts. We would cheerfully take this class again.

Maria was an amazing instructor and made us all feel very comfortable and involved with the process of cooking. It was so great to meet new folks with similar interests and form some new friendships. The experience was great! I really enjoyed everything and the food and drinks were fantastic. Nestor was very nice and explained the step by step very well and I certainly learned new tips in cooking. Would totally recommend. I would love to see GAB grow and offer new dishes in class in the future! ☺️
